Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is of utmost important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, with reasonable requests you may request for exchange or return. All returned goods will be subjected for further evaluation and inspection. We will review your request, however, we reserve the right to reject any requests at our sole discretion.

Submit Request to Return or Exchange

Please take note for all return or exchange requests shall be made within 5 working days upon receiving of goods. We reserve the rights to reject any requests made after the allowed period. Goods shall be returned in its original condition and including packaging (if any, such as packaging box). If returned product show sign of wear off or damages will be rejected.

Proof of Purchase

You are required to provide the below:

Proof of purchase (Confirmation of Order, Invoice)
  Proof of payment (bank in slip, payment transfer slip)
  Proof of receiving of goods (Delivery Order, shipping receipt, shipping bill)
  Valid reasons for return or exchange

Cost of Return & Exchange of Goods

All delivery cost of returning and receiving replaced goods will be charged to you. All returned goods are subject to inspection and evaluation. Accepting the returned goods does not indicate acceptance of the request for return. The assessment will take approximately 7 working days.

The Process of Refund

Under the condition of the acceptance of your returned goods, you will receive “Store Credits” that is credited back to your account where you made the purchase. The “Store Credits” issued will be based on your original transaction amount deducted shipping costs (if cost is applicable).


All the terms and conditions of this policy may be subject to changes from time to time without prior notice. Under any dispute matters, the decision by EvoGreenTech is deemed final.
